Free delivery available on many items with a cart value over €50 to Europe.

Physical items

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Items that require customization are expected to be processed within 5 days.

Shipping Methods

  • Most of our products have a 24/48 preparation time. It is even possible for your order to be shipped the following business day if it only includes products that ship immediately and has been paid for before noon.
  • Delivery time will depend on the transport company in the destination country. Please note that the times indicated are for guidance and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the order and delivery location. Fees will be displayed during the Check-out.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over €50 within the national territory and €150 for international deliveries.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track the delivery of your order through the carrier's website or our website.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure the address is correct to avoid delays.
  • If there is no one available to receive the order, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for a new delivery attempt or collection at the nearest location.

Problems with Delivery
