Order processing
All orders are processed within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Items that require personalisation are expected to be dispatched within 5 days.
Shipping methods
Most of our products have a 24/48 preparation time. It is even possible for your order to be dispatched the next working day if it only includes products with immediate dispatch and has been paid for before midday.
The delivery time will depend on the transport company in the country of destination. Please note that the times indicated are guidelines and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. Rates will be displayed during checkout.
We offer free delivery for orders over €50 within Portugal and €150 for international deliveries.
Parcel Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
You can track the delivery of your order via the carrier's website or our website.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Make sure the address is correct to avoid delays.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for a new delivery attempt or collection from the nearest location.

Digital Articles
Ownership of Content
All digital content available in our shop is the exclusive property of VLAteliê.
Customers only acquire a licence to use the content, they do not acquire the copyright to it.
Licence
When purchasing digital content from our shop, customers receive a non-exclusive licence for personal or commercial use, in accordance with the terms established at the time of purchase.
Customers are not permitted to resell, redistribute or share content purchased from our shop without express permission from VLAteliê.
Automatic Dispatch and Account Availability
After completing the purchase, customers will automatically receive a download link or instructions for accessing the digital content they have purchased.
In addition, the download link will be available in the customer's account in the "Downloads" section, for later access if necessary.
Automatic dispatch will take place to the e-mail address provided during the purchase process. Make sure you provide a valid e-mail address to ensure proper delivery of the products purchased.
Available formats
The digital content available in our shop is supplied in various formats, including SVG, PNG, JPG, EPS and others, as indicated in the product description.
Customers are allowed to download and use the formats provided according to their specific needs.
